Falzone Filed a Lawsuit Seeking a Religious Exemption

“Employees who submitted religious accommodation requests were complete to overcome a presumption against the sincerity of their beliefs when genuineness should have been supposed,” attorney Noah Hurwitz wrote in the claim, filed this week in U.S. Region Law court in Grand Torrents.

“Plaintiff Falzone faced a crisis of ethics,” the lawsuit also says. “The difficulty of next her faith and imperiling financial burden for her family or yielding to external pressure weighed deeply on her.

“Plaintiff Falzone chose her faith and was ended, despite having worked to become a broadcaster since high school and her identity inextricably knotted to her career,” the lawsuit adds.

“We can’t talk specifically about any individual. However, it is accurate that Scripps implemented a vaccination requirement for all employees last September by Dec 01, 2021. Staff had the option to go through an accommodation process. A review team carefully and thoughtfully reviewed all applications for exemptions, some of which were accepted and some denied. A worker  not completed for smearing for an exemption.”

Claudette Lozano, a former sales explanation executive, said she was vaccinated but fired because she defended the rights of her co-workforces to receive a religious lodging.

She inscribed a three-page letter explaining that “the Catholic Church’s pearls of wisdom may lead separate Catholics to decline certain vaccines … . There is a moral duty to refuse the use of medical products, including certain vaccines,

The lawsuit said that the genuineness of the plaintiff’s religious politics should not be left to a boss to choose.

“Plaintiffs Falzone and Price’s religious belief and the sincerity of their beliefs highlighted by the fact they continued unvaccinated in the face of end, losing their livelihood in the procedure,” Hurwitz said in the lawsuit.

Falzone was told by a local organization that their hands were tied and that her firing “was a corporate decision,” the lawsuit said.
